Hi, I'm Mathilde.

I spent seven years as CTO and CTPO at Jolimoi. When I joined, we were three. When I left, we were seventy, with over $50M in revenue.

I built the tech, product, data and infrastructure teams. The platform ran at 99.999% uptime.

One thing I've done consistently throughout my career, and am still doing today: growing people into leadership roles. Engineering Managers and Heads of, trained and promoted from inside the company or hired from outside.

Now I work as a fractional CTO and CTPO. Startups and scale-ups bring me in when their product is working and their team is growing, but something in the delivery engine isn't clicking.

I help on four things, usually overlapping: structuring and scaling tech and product teams, aligning roadmap with business reality, fixing cloud infrastructure and delivery discipline, and deploying AI in a way that you can actually measure.

Recent engagements have included rebuilding how dev, product and QA collaborate, rewriting delivery processes from scratch, reorganizing tech teams after a growth spike, and rolling out AI strategies that track real impact rather than vanity metrics.
